Background | NDR2 or Nuclear Dbf2-related protein is a serine/threonine kinase in the subgroup of the AGC kinase family. NDR2 is regulated by Mob proteins and is also known as serine/threonine kinase 38 like (STK38L) (1). NDR2 act as novel pro-apoptotic kinase that is activated by RASSF1A/MST1 in response to Fas receptor stimulation and promotes apoptosis (2). NDR2 is mainly involved in the regulation of structural processes in differentiating and mature neuronal cells and it is highly expressed with highest levels observed in the thymus (3). |
Description | Recombinant full-length human NDR2 (STK38L) was produced by baculovirus in Sf9 insect cells, fused with a GST tag at N-terminus. This protein is purified with our unique purification methods. |
