The SOSS complex links with DNA lesions and affects diverse endpoints in the cellular DNA damage response including cell-cycle checkpointactivation, recombinational repair and maintenance of genomic stability. NABP1 is essential forefficient homologous recombination-dependent repair of double-strand breaks (DSBs) andATM-dependent signaling pathways. |
