Background Signal-Regulatory Protein Gamma (SIRPG) belongs to the signal-regulatory protein (SIRP) family whose members are receptor-type transmembrane glycoproteins which negatively regulate the receptor tyrosine kinase-coupled signaling processes. SIRPG is also a part of the immunoglobulin superfamily.
Description SIRPG Human Recombinant expressed in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 574a.a. (29-360a.a.) and having a molecular weight of 64.0kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 40-57kDa).SIRPG is expressed with a 239a.a. hIgG-His tag at C-Terminus and purified by unique purification methods.

Storage Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
