Background GTP Cyclohydrolase I Feedback Regulator, also known as GCHFR, is a Protein coding gene which includes a homodimer. GCHFR binds and mediates tetrahydrobiopterin inhibition of GTP cyclohydrolase I. GCHFR also regulates phenylalanine metabolism in the liver and in the production of biogenic amine neurotransmitters and nitric oxide.
Description GCHFR Human Recombinant expressed in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 107a.a. (1-84a.a) and having a molecular weight of 12.1kDa. GCHFR is fused to a 23a.a. His-tag at N-terminus and purified by unique purification methods.
