Background Adenosine deaminase CECR1 isoform (CECR1) belongs to a family of adenosine deaminase-related growth factors. Adenosine deaminase is a key enzyme of purine nucleotide metabolism. CECR1 is a secreted protein, which is expressed in various tissues, with the highest expression in the lymphoblasts, heart, lung, and the placenta.
Description CECR1 Human Recombinant expressed in Sf9 Baculovirus cells is a single, glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 490a.a. (30-511a.a.) and having a molecular weight of 56.9kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear at approximately 50-70kDa).CECR1 is expressed with an 8a.a. His tag at C-Terminus and purified by unique purification methods.
